snow flurries waft
in a lingering swirl
swallowed by the grass

  1. This year, more than others, the winter season has been very unusual here. Never sure, if it will snow or rain, as the gray skies linger forever. Personally, I dislike winter and the snow that accompanies it. Having experienced the blizzard of ’77, as a school age child, who lived too far away from school to be sent home; and too close to the school, not to walk to it, during the morning hours of a storm.
